The package cost includes only those services mentioned in the inclusions; all other expenses (e.g., personal shopping, tips, meals not specified) are to be borne by the traveller.

Any changes to the itinerary after booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), KaroTrip will offer alternative arrangements where possible, but cannot guarantee full refunds.
In the event of non completion of a tour or cancellation of the tour during your journey or after commencement of the tour, there won’t be any refund or reimbursement for the remaining balance in case of self cancellation.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring valid documentation (passport, visa, permits) is in place before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@karotrip.com or through our authorized agents.
Refunds are processed as follows: More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit. 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total cost refunded.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval.
