Ltd.’ It is an IATA certified travel company compliant with the laws of the Republic of India. By accessing or using this site or using any of its services, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below, including any supplementary guidelines and future modifications. KaroTrip may change, alter or remove any part of these below written Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. Any changes done in this Terms and Conditions of Use will be applicable the moment they are posted on the site. You need to re-check the "Terms & Conditions" link to be fully aware of the entire scenario.
While accessing, using, browsing, or making a booking through karotrip.com, users accept that they agree to the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, Selten Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its subsidiaries (including KaroTrip) reserve all rights to take legal action against them.
Service Charge, Cancellation Charge, and Reschedule Charge are inclusive of GST. The prices offered on KaroTrip generally include accommodation charges, applicable taxes (unless specified otherwise), and in certain cases, meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner). These prices do not cover personal expenses or additional charges like telephone calls, personal services, entrance fees for monuments, bar charges, etc.
While KaroTrip strives to offer low fares, these are subject to seat availability, specific sector selection, booking timing, and the terms and conditions of the airline or third-party service provider/operator.
Our payment gateway is completely secure, allowing customers to make online payments through a safe transaction process that ensures their personal security codes remain confidential in all circumstances.

• Every booking made on or via KaroTrip is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary according to the flight and booking class.
• KaroTrip cancellation service charges, as mentioned on the ticket, will apply in the event of flight cancellation by either the customer or the airline.
• The Zero Cancellation-Fee product premium charged at booking is non-refundable.
• Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.
• Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.
• Some bookings cannot be partially cancelled as per the specific airline's policy.
• Cancellations can be made online through the MyBooking section or by sending an email to KaroTrip.
• We assist in making various amendments to bookings, but in some cases, you may need to contact the airline directly.
• Amendment charges on KaroTrip are subject to change according to the airline's policy, which may vary based on flight timings and booking class.
• To cancel tickets within 24 hours of the journey, KaroTrip recommends that customers contact the airline directly and then send a cancellation request to our website or email us for refunds.
• The company is not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or amendment of flights from the airline's end.
• In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, customers must request any valid refunds within 90 days of the travel date (for air/rail/cab/bus tickets) or check-in date (for hotel bookings). No refund will be payable for requests raised after 90 days, and all unclaimed amounts for such no-shows or unutilized bookings will be forfeited.
• If an amendment by the customer leads to rescheduling of the original booking, the original booking will be modified accordingly, and any cancellations in the original booking will apply to the rescheduled booking as well.
• For cancellation requests received, refunds will be processed at the earliest possible time after receiving the request. In cases of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be processed after deducting airline charges along with our service charge.
• All refunds will be processed subject to the processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider. Please note that the convenience fee charged at booking is non-refundable.
• In the case of international bookings, if the customer is marked as a no-show for the onward sector, they will also be considered a no-show for the return sector under a single PNR. In such scenarios, customers need to contact the respective airline directly before the no-show.
• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost (if fully paid).
• Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of departure will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• KaroTrip will process the refund only after receiving a cancellation request/claim from the customer, travel agent, or corporate company through the MyBooking section or by email.
• Refunds for canceled air tickets will be credited directly to the customer’s original mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the airlines.
• KaroTrip will process refunds within 7 working days only after receiving them from the concerned airlines, hotel, transporter, or other suppliers.
• Customers can transfer the refunded amount to their bank account from the KaroTrip wallet by logging in to the KaroTrip website at www.karotrip.com.
• Due to banking procedures, a refund to credit cards may take up to 72 working hours, while refunds to net banking accounts may take up to 7 working days.
• Once used for a transaction, any remaining amount in the KaroTrip wallet cannot be transferred to a bank account but can be used for future bookings with us.
Please note that many products and services displayed on the website may not be available for booking in your region or country. Any reference to such products or services does not guarantee their availability in your specific location. All products and services are subject to availability, and the company is not liable if a product is unavailable or sold out.
Each product and service listed on the website is governed by the specific rules and regulations of the respective service provider. We advise you to review their terms and conditions before making a booking with us.
KaroTrip will send booking confirmations, itinerary information, cancellations, payment confirmations, refund statuses, schedule changes, or any other relevant information regarding transactions or bookings made by the User via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice calls, emails, or any other communication methods provided by the User at the time of booking.
KaroTrip may also contact the User through these channels regarding any pending or failed bookings, to inquire about the User's preferences for completing the booking, and to assist the User in this process.
The User hereby gives unconditional consent for such communications via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice calls, emails, or any other methods by KaroTrip to be:
• made at the request and authorization of the User;
• classified as ‘transactional’ rather than ‘unsolicited commercial communication’ in compliance with local laws; and
• in accordance with the relevant guidelines/laws set forth by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India (TRAI) or other relevant authorities.
The User agrees to indemnify KaroTrip for any losses or damages incurred due to actions taken by the FCC, NTIA, Access Providers, or any local authority arising from erroneous complaints made by the User regarding the communications mentioned above or due to incorrect mobile numbers or email addresses provided by the User for any reason.
The User understands that they have the option to withdraw consent as outlined above. The User has the unconditional right to opt-out of receiving messages and emails, including marketing communications, by simply writing to KaroTrip at privacy@karotrip.com or by adjusting the notification settings in their account profile.
The products, services, and content displayed on KaroTrip are the property of this website. Any unauthorized copying or use of trademarked products and services without prior consent will be considered theft, and strict action may be taken against the responsible individual, organization, or company.
KaroTrip grants you a limited right to access, explore, use, and transact on its site. You agree not to misuse its materials or disrupt the operation of the site in any way. You acknowledge that, aside from the information, products, or services provided by KaroTrip, the site does not endorse any other information in any form. The User acknowledges that certain airlines, at their discretion, may issue refunds in the form of a Credit Shell, which can be redeemed on the respective airline's portal before its expiration. KaroTrip is not responsible for any refunds issued via Credit Shell by the airline. The User agrees not to hold KaroTrip liable in any way for refunds made through Credit Shell. Any disputes related to this matter must be resolved directly between the User and the respective airline.
It is the User's responsibility to carry the necessary visa for the country they are visiting or transiting through. Users should verify visa requirements directly with the relevant airline and embassy.
International bookings made through KaroTrip are subject to visa requirements, including but not limited to transit visas, which must be obtained by the User according to their travel itinerary and the regulations of the countries they plan to visit or transit through.
KaroTrip is not liable for any issues that may arise, including the User's inability to travel due to visa-related concerns. Additionally, KaroTrip will not provide a refund if the User is unable to use their booking because of visa denial or absence. Any refunds will be governed by the applicable booking and cancellation policies.
If the User opts to use KaroTrip's visa services, they acknowledge that KaroTrip acts only as a facilitator. The User agrees not to hold KaroTrip responsible for any delays in visa processing by the embassy. In the event that a visa application is rejected, the User understands that the rejection is solely due to factors attributable to the User, and KaroTrip is not liable for such rejections.
Unless explicitly stated by KaroTrip for a specific service or deliverable, it is the User's responsibility to obtain adequate insurance coverage. KaroTrip will not accept any claims arising from such situations.
If insurance is provided as part of the service or product by KaroTrip, it will be subject to the terms and conditions set by the third-party insurance company. KaroTrip only acts as a facilitator to connect the User with the insurance provider. For any claims or disputes, the User must contact the insurance company directly. KaroTrip will not be held liable for any partial acceptance or denial of claims by the insurance company.
Internet communications are not entirely private or secure, and any message or information sent to this site may be intercepted by others, unless specified otherwise (such as encrypted credit card details). Sending a message to KaroTrip does not create any special responsibility for the site.

Unless previously registered with KaroTrip as B2B agents, priority partners, or franchisees, and granted explicit permission to use the website, all travel agents, tour operators, consolidators, or aggregators ("Travel Agents") are prohibited from using this website for any commercial or resale purposes. If any such bookings are identified, KaroTrip reserves the right to cancel them immediately without notice and to withhold any payments or refunds related to those bookings.
KaroTrip will not be liable for any incidental loss or damage arising from bookings made by individuals through these Travel Agents. Any resulting liability from such cancellations will be the sole responsibility of the Travel Agents.
