Sunny Place is a community of studio and one-bedroom apartments just one block from the beach. All have patios with BBQ facilities and views of the lush gardens.

The Sunny Place community is 15 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale, and 15 minutes south of Boca Raton. The nearby beach has lifeguards, as well as picnic and play areas. Pompano Beach has many restaurants and shops that are only a short walk away from Sunny Place. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
