Backyard Homestay is located in Taitung City, 5 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop, it offers dormitory accommodations and well-renovated spacious common spaces. The property is a 10 to 15-minute walk from Tiehua Music Village, Taitung Railway Art Village and Lanshai Cultural and Creative Park. Backyard Homestay is equipped with a shared bathroom with shower facilities, shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer. Here at the hostel, guests will find a spin dryer on the second floor. For those who would like to use dryer machine, a self-service laundry can be found near by the property. For those who would like to prepare simple meals, a shared kitchen, fitted with an automatic rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle and mini fridge, is available on the ground floor. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of TWD 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please inform Backyard in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please be noted: - A deposit via bank wire or Paypal within 48 hours may be required to secure your reservation. The property may contact you with instructions after booking. - Late check-in requires additional charge. Check-in later than 23:00 is not available. - Shower gel and shampoo are provided, while disposable amenities are not provided. - Air conditioning is available from 21:00 until 09:00 next day in summer.
