Built in 2006, in a spot where once existed a ruin and its fig tree, the house maintains the simplicity of southern architecture, with traditional materials. The interior has an open living/dining/kitchen space on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The upper floor has high ceilings and plenty of light. Each room has a bathroom and a kettle.
There´s an old wooden bench outside, for a late-afternoon or evening glass of wine or a beer. The propertys street is a quiet residential area.
Espiche Golf is a short drive away, as is the Lagos Zoo. Portimão is a 20-minute drive, while Sagres is 30 minutes away by car.. The Via Algarviana hiking trail passes right through the village.
