In The Afternoon At 16:00, We Will Pick You Up For A Sightseeing Tour To Hoi An Ancient Town. First, Stop At Marble Mountain To Visit Tam Thanh Pagoda, Huyen Khong Cave, And Am Phu Cave (comfortable Shoes Recommended For Short Hiking And Walking). Then, Continue To Hoi An To Visit The Japanese Bridge, Tan Ky Ancient House, And Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall. You’ll Have Some Free Time To Explore On Your Own Before Being Picked Up At 20:30 And Returned To Your Hotel In Da Nang.

The packages offered by KaroTrip can be customized according to guest’s wish.
To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be:

Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers.
This includes upgraded Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type.
No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Token amount is non-refundable.
Any cancellation within 30 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the tour fare charge.
Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of the travel date or in the case of a no-show.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes:
- Flights
- Trains
- Hotel stays
- Meals
- Sightseeing
- Transfers
- Entry tickets
- Permits
- Any other KaroTrip services
KaroTrip has the right to cancel your invoice due to insufficient advance amount (i.e., 50% of the total tour package cost).
In case clients are suspected of indulging in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, KaroTrip will immediately stop the services while holding all refunds.
