Day 1 | Arrival in Jabalpur – Drive to Bandhavgarh

Jabalpur

Upon Arrival At Jabalpur Railway Station/Airport, Meet Our Tour Representative /driver For A Warm Welcome And Assisted Transfer. Proceed With A Scenic Drive To Bandhavgarh National Park. On Arrival, Check-in At Your Resort. The Evening Is At Leisure To Enjoy Bird-watching In And Around The Resort And The Local Area. Later, Sip On Evening Tea Amidst The Wilderness. Dinner And Overnight Stay At The Resort.

Day 2 | Jungle Safaris at Bandhavgarh

Jabalpur

Early Morning, Embark On A Thrilling Jungle Safari In An Open Jeep With Trained Naturalists To Explore The Wildlife Of Bandhavgarh National Park. Return To The Resort For Breakfast. Spend The Day At Leisure Or Explore The Surrounding Sights. After Lunch, Head Out For Another Exciting Afternoon Jungle Safari. In The Evening, Return To The Resort. Dinner And Overnight Stay At The Resort.

Day 3 | Morning Safari & Departure

Jabalpur

One Last Morning Jungle Safari To Soak In The Sights And Sounds Of The Wild. Return To The Resort Around 11:30 AM. Enjoy A Hearty Breakfast, Then Check Out From The Resort. Drive Back To Jabalpur And Proceed To The Railway Station/Airport For Your Onward Journey.

Charges for additional Jeep Safaris or other activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
Compulsory Gala Dinner charges during festive periods (as per hotel policy).
Any extra sightseeing, activities, or services not included in the itinerary.
Any personal expenses or costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances or personal requirements.

Policy and Terms

All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
The packages offered by KaroTrip can be customized according to guest’s wish.
To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour.The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other KaroTrip services.
KaroTrip have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, KaroTrip will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
