Any changes to the itinerary after booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), KaroTrip will offer alternative arrangements where possible, but cannot guarantee full refunds.
In the event of non completion of a tour or cancellation of the tour during your journey or after commencement of the tour, there won’t be any refund or reimbursement for the remaining balance in case of self cancellation.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring valid documentation (passport, visa, permits) is in place before departure.

Cancellation Policy

In most cases, cancellations made 30 days or more before departure may incur minimal charges.
Cancellations made closer to the departure date may attract higher penalties or be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–21 working days after deducting applicable charges.
No refund will be provided for unused services or "no-show" scenarios.
Service/booking fees are non-refundable.
