The hotel is around a 30-minute from Shiretoko Misaki (Cape Shiretoko), and a 35-minute drive from the scenic Shiretoko Go-ko Lakes. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
The hot spring baths are closed between 10:00 and 15:00.

Please note that The road in Utoro, Kagawa-zaka (slope next to 7-Eleven), which is the route you take to get to the hotel, will be closed all day due to road heating works on the following dates/times: Vehicle closure period: 2 June (Mon) to 15 July (Tue) 2025 *No traffic all day.
The road will be closed to vehicles only.
Pedestrians should continue to use the existing footpath.
If construction is completed early, the road closure will be lifted early, even during the period.
