Featuring beautiful Japanese rooms with garden views, traditional cuisine and a private indoor hot-spring bath, Hanare Kitaoka is a 10-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. Karaoke and a seasonal outdoor pool are on offer.
Rooms are constructed in the style of old Japan, with futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor and a low table with floor cushions. Sliding paper doors open to the outer garden. Each room has a private bathroom, green tea and an LCD TV.
Izu Shiki No Hana Park and the Izu Craft Houses are both about a 25-minute drive away from Hanare Kitaoka Ryokan. On-site parking is free.
The nearby Honkan building has several gorgeous shared hot-spring baths, both indoor and open-air. A gift shop is on site, and the reception can keep luggage for guests.
A set-menu breakfast and dinner are served at the dining room, and a snack bar is also available. Please inform Hanare Kitaoka in advance of your expected arrival time.
