Located a 11-minute taxi ride away from JR Beppudaigaku Train Station, Ryokan Mikasaya offers a traditional Japanese-style accommodation and hot spring baths. Air conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) flooring, a flat-screen TV and a seating area. Each comes with free toiletries and Yukata robes. At Mikasaya Ryokan, guests can soak in the indoor and outdoor public hot spring baths or get a relaxing massage at a surcharge. Reservations can be made to use the hot spring baths privately. A coin launderette can also be found on site. Japanese dishes featuring local produces is available at the restaurant. Oita Airport is located a 50-minute drive away from the property. Hyoutan Onsen is located within a 5-minute walk, while the 8 Hells of Beppu can be accessed within a 9- to 15-minute walk from the property.
