Fattoria Barbialla Nuova is a large organic farm in the heart of Tuscany.
The property is about 500 hectares (1.200 acres!) and spreads over three hills.
Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, farm offers 8 apartments located in 2 renovated farmhouses, 1.2 km from the recaption and the fam shop, as well as a villa, 500 meters away. Guests enjoy swimming pools, BBQ facilities, and free private parking.
Our organic farm is surrounded by stunning and authentic nature-This point is particularly important to mention: nature is authentic with dirt roads, insects, wildlife etc.
This means that it is not for everyone, but the guests who love nature will love Barbialla too!
There is no Air-con or TVs in the apartments, guaranteeing total peace and quiet. They all include a fully equipped kitchen with rustic-style décor and Tuscan features. Le Trosce villa features a small plunge pool.
Florence is around 1 hour away by car, while the pretty hill town of San Gimignano is 25 km away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property is accessible via an unpaved road, which may be unsuitable for some vehicles.
You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
