Portree is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, yet is only a 5-minute walk from Waterfords shops, restaurants, and pubs, along with theatres and clubs. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 30 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is no elevator at the property. Upper floors can be accessed by stairs only.
A surcharge of EUR 10 per hour applies for arrivals after check-in hours/arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 time. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property at least 24 hours in advance.
When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per dog applies.
Please note our car park cannot accept long wheel-base vans and mini-buses.
