Residence Garden Istra Plava Laguna will undergo a complete renovation and improvement, both of the accommodation capacities and the common areas in the building. In the upcoming season, guests will be greeted by rooms and suites equipped with new furniture and decorated in a modern style and bright, pleasant colors. The rooms still remain family-friendly and focus on comfort and functionality, so that each guest can enjoy and relax even more on vacation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that all children older than 12, as well as additional adults, can not be accommodated in the rooms at the stated price. They will need to be accommodated at an additional cost. Please refer to children and extra bed section.
Please note that free ice cream, refreshments and snacks are available for kids from 5 up to 12 years of age as a limited offer during the day in the period from mid May until mid September.

In ATP Sport Arena Stella Maris from 23th – 25th May a big event is going on, Sea Star Festival powered by Exit.
During those periods we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of Stella Maris resort and consequently less peace and harmony than usual.
The 35th edition of ATP tournament Plava laguna Croatia Open Umag will be held from 18 to 27 July 2025 in ATP stadium Goran Ivanisevic in Stella Maris.
During this period we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of Stella Maris resort and consequently less peace and harmony than usual.
