About this property
Built on a piece of land owned by the Kefalas family since the beginning of the 20th century, it was cultivated as a vineyard until the mid-1950s before the elders of the family migrated to Athens. The following generation (Andreas and Leo) knew Divaria from their summer visits to the Island in the 70s and 80s and they loved it for its calmness, its view, the connection between the sea and the mountain and the summer breeze it offered even during the warmest summer nights. When they decided to invest in their ancestors island they did not have to think a lot... Divaria became their first choice. They knew that offering this atmosphere to their guests was the best they had to do. The younger generation has now taken over and the villas are run by Maria, Andreas daughter, with the help of the family. Situated on a cliff among lush greenery in Ratzakli Village, Divaria offers villas that enjoy views of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding area from their private balcony. Wi-Fi is available in all areas upon charges.
The modern villas feature a living room with a fireplace, a satellite flat-screen TV and a DVD player. A kitchen with a stove, dishwasher and fridge, and 2 bathrooms with a bath or shower are also included. Air conditioning and a washing machine are standard.
