Villa Stella

Stella Villa is a newly built semi detached small villa, situated on the outskirts of the village of Perama on the top of a hill. The house has a size of 140 m2, surrounded by olive trees and gardens, consisting of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with an open plan sitting-dining area and a shower/WC. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and an additional bath/WC. It is suitable for up to 5 people. In the garden there is a pool with a jaccuzi. The village of Perama is only 800 m. away with 2.500 inhabitants and has a large variety of shops, tavernas, banks, post office,hospital etc. The village of Panormo is just 8 km. and the village of Bali is 13 km away. Both villages offer nice sandy beaches. The traditional village of Margarites is 5 km. away, which is known for the hand made ceramic products. The famous Monastery of Arkadi is 18 km. away.
