The Garden Flat has been designated as 5 Star by the AA and is accessed from steps at the front of the property and has its own access, is spacious and well equipped with high quality furniture and fittings.
The apartment also boasts a large private patio area at the back for those wishing to dine al fresco.
It is situated on a terrace adjacent to the only sea promenade in Cornwall and a couple of minutes walk from the largest sea pool in the UK, the Jubilee Pool.
Shops and restaurants are a 5-10 minute stroll from the house, the bus and train station a 10-15 minute stroll and generally most areas within West Penwith are a 20 minute drive from the house. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note, there are parking space for a maximum of two cars.
Smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property.
Behave of misconduct will result in cancellation with no refund.
