Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Pets are allowed upon request at a cost of £10.00 per night per pet (max 2) All guests must do a pre-check in with Charge Automation 14 days before the arrival date. This includes providing photo identification, credit card, authorising the security deposit and signing the rental contract. Once the pre-check in has been completed guests will receive the key safe code and property access details 24 hours before the check in date.
