ID Requirements • Check-in requires a government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Residence Permit, National ID Card, or Passport). Digital or scanned IDs are not accepted. Failure to provide an ID will result in the inability to check-in. Deposit Requirements • £20 cash or an ID (EU ID card, Residence Permit, Driver’s License, or Passport) is required as a deposit for metal keys. This deposit cannot be paid by card. Check-In and Check-Out • Earliest check-in: 2 pm • Latest check-in: 11:30 pm • Check-out time: between 8 am to 11 am. Please see us at the reception if your check-out time is outside of these hours. • Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. However, if you arrive after 12 am and your room is available, we will accommodate you. Planned arrivals between 8 am to 12 am require advanced booking and an early check-in fee. • Ensure you arrive by 11:30 pm to avoid issues with check-in, as we are not able to accommodate check-ins after this time as the hotel is closed overnight. Early Check-Out Deposit Return • If checking out before 8 am, see us the night before to exchange your key for the deposit. Luggage Storage and Vouchers • You can leave your luggage at the hotel upon arrival or departure.
