Overlooking the English Channel, OYO The Southcliff Hotel is situated on The Leas Promenade and only a 1-minute walk from the Leas Cliff Hall venue. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Channel Tunnel Terminal and offers free high-speed Wi-Fi in all bedrooms and public areas, a stylish bar and wonderful views.
The bedrooms each have tea/coffee facilities, a private bathroom with free toiletries, and a TV. Ironing facilities are available upon request. Some have sea views or private balconies.
The Blue Martini Bar hosts frequent live music.
Just 20 minutes’ drive from Dover Ferry and Cruise Terminals, Southcliff Hotel is a short walk from Folkestone’s sandy beach. Folkestone Harbour is a 10-minute walk, and Folkestone Central Railway Station is just half a mile away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of GBP 30 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note there are several steps to the main entrance of the property and the lift to the rooms does not fit a full size wheelchair.
Cash is not accepted.
Guest should call the hotel before 10 pm if they are planning to check-in post 11 pm. In case if prior information is not passed on to the hotel before 10 pm, it might incur late check-in charges up to GBP 50 which is totally at the consent of the hotel.
The Southcliff Hotel Folkestone is currently undergoing exciting refurbishments to enhance your future stays with us. Restaurant is closed during the refurbishment; hence we are not serving any breakfast or food. Please be aware that work is taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm daily. We are making every effort to minimize any disruption to your experience, but you may notice some noise during these hours.
