The Berkeley

Situated in the heart of Eastbourne, The Berkeley is a 3-storey Victorian guest house, just a 2-minute stroll from the beach and the Eastbourne Conference Centre. Rooms at The Berkeley Guesthouse are elegantly designed and all feature an en suite bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. They are also equipped with a TV with satellite channels and tea and coffee making facilities. Ironing facilities can be requested from reception. Guests will find a range of restaurants and cafes within walking distance to choose from. Eastbourne Rail Station is a 10-minute walk from the guest house and there are a number of theatres no more than 200 metres away. Eastbourne town centre and Eastbourne Pier are both less than half a mile from The Berkeley. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Berkeley cannot accept guests referred by a local authority DSS (Department of Social Security). There is a late check-in fee of £20 for arrivals after 19:00. Please note that the property cannot accommodate arrivals after 23:00.
