The Valley is a family-run, traditional pub and inn that prides itself on providing a great value, authentic Anglesey experience. Our belief is simple: We are proud of our island and want you to experience its charms as much as we do. We believe that a quality experience with warm, attentive and friendly service doesn’t have to break the bank.
Our commitment to serving our local community is also part of our heritage. The Valley dates back to the 1800s, beginning as a traditional coaching house on the historic Holyhead to London route. Back then, The Valley played a key role in the community and that commitment is unwavering today. We’re proud to welcome a diverse range of visitors every year. Established for 25 years, the family-run Valley Anglesey is located on the beautiful island of Anglesey. A wide choice of scenic beaches are just 10 minutes away by car. Free WiFi is available in the main public area.
The bright and airy accommodation offers traditional features complemented by modern facilities. Each room includes a TV, work desk and full private bathroom.
Much of Anglesey’s coastline is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers excellent walks just a few minutes drive from the hotel.
The Valley Anglesey’s friendly bar serves local and national cask ales, and the hotel restaurant provides an extensive à la carte menu. Guests can enjoy their food and drink in the large garden.
Situated just off the A55, Holyhead Port and Ferry Terminal can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Valley Rail Station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact the property prior to arrival to confirm room availability.
If guests need to check-in after 23:00 please contact the hotel to retrieve the front door code and further information to get into the building.
All rooms are located on the 1st floor area of the hotel accessed by one flight of stairs. Throughout the year the hotel holds events within the main function room which may cause some noise or light disturbances.
