This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Please note that a deposit will be asked for incidentals. It varies according to the size of the apartment: for apartments for 4 and 6 people, 450 Euro deposit will be required. For apartments for 8 people, 600 Euro deposit will be required. Please note that if you plan to arrive after 18:00, an extra fee of EUR 25 Euros applies. Please note that you can choose to clean the kitchen yourself or ask for the final cleaning at a surcharge of 15 Euros/stay.
