Please note that late check-in and late check-out are available upon hotels confirmation and an additional fee applies as follow: - Late check-in is from 18:00 and is charged EUR 35 - Late check-out is charged EUR 70 Please note that a EUR 90 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. the cleaning does not include the kitchen which must be left clean and tidy, failing which 65 euros may be charged to you in case the necessary inspection is not carried out during the inventory. Proof of identity must be presented along with a credit card. In case of refusal, you wont be accepted at the property. or a check for the deposit upon check-in. In case of refusal, entry will be refused and not refunded. Please notify management in advance of any late departure at least 24 hours in advance under penalty of a 70 euro charge for any departure after 10:30 a.m. Late check-ins are permitted until 10:30 p.m. beyond this time, any check-in is only accepted in exceptional circumstances.
