Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Payment can be made by Visa credit card (with a 3% fee) or by bank transfer.
2. Refundable damage deposit, 7 days after Check-Out: 1,000 euros for weekly rental, 1,500 euros for monthly rental.
3. Mandatory rates for our holiday villas in Sitges:
- Tourist tax: 1 euro for each adult over 16 years of age, per day, during the first seven days.
4. Check-In and Check-Out Schedule:
- Check-In: between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
- Check-Out: at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
5. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays up to one week: 275 euros at the end of the stay.
- Two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) 80 euros; final cleaning 275 euros.
- Three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 275 euros.
- One month: Three intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 350 euros.
6. In low season, from October 15 to April 15:
- 1 month stay: Supplement of 800 euros/month to cover the costs of water, electricity and gas according to actual consumption.
- Stay of 1 week or less: Heating/electricity/gas supplement of 300 euros/week.
