Situated in front of the Menor Sea beach and a few metres from the Mediterranean Sea, the hotel is at the 13 km point on la Manga del Mar Menor. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the marina where guests will find shops, restaurants and bars. This recently built beach apartment resort has top quality décor and the main building comprises 8 floors and 56 apartments, 32 with one bedroom and 24 with 2 bedrooms, with a capacity of 3 or 5 persons respectively. There is lift access and a garage (subject to fees and availability). The head office is situated at Villas La Manga, Gran Via, km 3, and it is open 24 hours a day. The apartments offer an excellent view of the sea and have a separate kitchen with a vitro-ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board and utensils. They also have a complete bathroom with hairdryer and a lounge with sofa bed. All the apartments have a TV, air conditioning and heating, a safe box (for a fee) and a terrace.
