About this property
The three Capistrano complexes are located in a quiet area of Nerja, on the Costa del Sol. The apartments and villas are situated around a large outdoor swimming pool and can include a garden, terrace or private balcony.
CAPISTRANO VILLAGE (1 km), where the reception is located, SAN JUAN DE CAPISTRANO (2 km), which is closer to the mountains with spectacular views, and OASIS DE CAPISTRANO (2 km), are surrounded by beautiful gardens and feature typical Andalusian decoration. All accommodation features satellite TV, a washing machine and a kitchen. Villas and apartments do not usually include air conditioning. It can be added on some upon request and for an additional charge of €20 per week in cash.
Mainly, the apartments do not have air conditioning, but we have several units that does (EUR 20 per week in cash), the guest can request it through Booking.com chat. The complex only has free Wi-Fi in reception. In the villas and apartments, Wi-Fi has a supplement of EUR 10 per week in cash. To access the pool, guests require a card or pool pass. To do this, a deposit of EUR 30 in cash must be paid. This amount will be refunded upon departure. Pets are allowed for EUR 20 per stay. There are supermarkets and ATMs in the surrounding area.
The CAPISTRANO VILLAGE and OASIS DE CAPISTRANO complexes are located just 1.5 km from Burriana beach and approximately 2 km from the center of Nerja, being close to the famous Nerja caves. On the other hand, SAN JUAN DE CAPISTRANO is closer to the mountains, offers incredible views and is further away from the center of Nerja and the beaches. At all three Capistrano complexes: Village, San Juan and Oasis there is a bus that goes to the center, but it is recommended to arrive by car to fully enjoy this location. Near the apartments you can park for free.
We rent properties in three Capistrano resorts: Village (1 km), San Juan (2 km) and Oasis (2 km). The distance to town or beach could may vary between apartments. The address indicated is only for reception, where from we explain you where is your house. Please contact us to know where will you allocated. Please inform El Capistrano in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 30 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check in takes place in the Nicosol S.L. office, in the Capistrano Village shopping centre.
Reception opening times: 10:00 to 14:00 hours and 16:00 to 20:00 hours (Monday to Saturday), 11:00 to 15:00 on Sundays.

Apartments are cleaned before arrival and upon departure. For stays of 7 nights or more, towels will be changed in the middle of the week. Bed-linen is changed every 7 days.
