The apartment complex has a wonderful location on a hill in Maria de la Salut, between Sineu and the beautiful beaches of Alcudia Bay. The centre is approximately 500 metres away and it is merely 1 km to the nearest restaurants. Further shopping venues are found 25 km from the hotel. The beach is easily reached in 20 km and Son Sant Joan airport is 50 km away (40 minute drive). The country house and the 4 apartments with 2 floors was built in 2005. Various facilities are available to guests including a 1,500 m² garden area with a unique view over Maria de la Salut, Inca, Alcudia, Santa Margarita and the sea. It also includes a foyer with a safe and an Internet terminal. Furthermore, guests may make use of the room and laundry services and there is a doctor on call. Car parking facilities are available.
