A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that a final cleaning fee, bed linen and towels are included in the rate. For stays of more than 14 nights, bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
For stays of 14 days or more, the apartments are cleaned and the sheets are changed once a week.
Please note that parking is limited and subject to availability.
From June to September air conditioning is available for a supplement of 7 EUR per day.
