A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that all our units have WiFi routers installed, this service is included free of charge. Due to the typical AndalucÃa village architecture and landscape, parts of the resort are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact the property to request a lower floor unit (subject to availability). When booking 4 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For reservation of 7 days or more, midweek cleaning is provided. Ask at reception for details. Hen/stag parties are not permitted.
Important information: Onsite renovations will be carried out from 15th November 2024 to end of February 2025. During this period, there will also be some improvement work done on the main pool, which means that it will remain closed. Guests will be allocated apartments away from the work area. The breakfast option is not available between the 16th of December 2024 to 20th of January 2025 inclusive". The Restaurant /Clubhouse will also be closed during this time.
