A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

- Check-in after 19:00 has an extra cost of 30€ and check-in after 00:00 have an extra cost of €50.
- It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit.
- Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time.
- Please inform The White Flats Les Corts in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building. - For the safety of all guests, we inform you that there are surveillance cameras in the building, only in the common areas, more specifically at the entrance and on the landings of each floor.
