Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00.
Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50.
Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag.
For long stay more then 28 nights, the property may request some documentation after the reservation. If you fail to provide, reservation would be cancelled as per cancellation policy.
