All partments are located within 20 minutes’ walk of Plaza Catalunya, Barcelona’s main square. Most are in the stylish Eixample district.
Each apartment has a TV in the living room, and many also have a sofa bed. They have modern kitchens and bathrooms and most have parquet floors.
Every apartment is located close to a Metro Station which gives you access to the main tourist sights in under 15 minutes. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Reservations of 3 or more rooms may be subject to special conditions. If a flexible booking is made, a 10% deposit will be required within 48 hours of booking. The establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made within the indicated period. This 10% deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled more than 7 days before the check-in date.
Late check-in after 21:00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.
The client must present the card with which the reservation was made at the time of check-in. If the guest is different from the cardholder, you must contact the property in advance.
