Poble Nou is a typical and quiet neighborhood, with picturesque streets full of cozy places to eat, drink and immerse yourself in Barcelona life. The apartment is located in a building inhabited by both locals and tourists. It is modern, with an open kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a sofa bed, air conditioning and TV. In addition, the apartment offers Wi-Fi connection and a balcony with beautiful views of the city. In short, it is fully equipped to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It is important to note that the apartment is on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Citytrip Poble Nou Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests arriving outside of opening hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Your arrival time determines how you will receive the keys. You will either need to go to the office in the centre of Barcelona (near Plaza Catalunya) or an agent will bring the keys directly to the apartment. The following are not included in the price: Surcharge for bed linen and towels: €7 per person Tourist tax: €6.88 (per person/per day, for the first 7 days of the stay) These fees must be paid directly before arrival, either by card or bank transfer. A security deposit of €200 is required, which can be paid by bank card or transfer. This deposit will be refunded on your departure day, as long as the house rules have been respected.
