The Urquinaona Design Apartments have elegant, modern design. They are air-conditioned and bright, with an open-plan living area with flat-screen TV and kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, a Nespresso coffee maker and a juicer. There is also a dishwasher, a washing machine. The apartments are just a short walk from the historic city centre. Ciutadella Park, the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum are all nearby. Urquinaona Metro Station is only 300 metres away. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The distribution of beds may vary depending on the apartment assigned. The building has a lift, but please note that to access the lift, you will have to climb approximately 5 to 8 steps as the lift is not at street level. In addition, to access the top floor, you will also have to climb approximately 20 steps. If you plan to bring a wheelchair, please be sure to inform us, as depending on the size of the wheelchair, it may not fit in the lift.
