A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Some dogs are permitted but only if they stay outside the house and there will be a 20 euro surcharge.
If any hair or fur is found inside the house at check out, 50 euros additional will be charged. If any fur or hair is on furniture, 100 euros additional will be charged
300 euros per night is for 1-3 bedrooms downstairs only-does not include the 4th bedroom upstairs
For the entire house, including the upstairs, 4th bedroom, the rate is 400 euros per night
