The Casablanca Residencial is 800 metres from the centre of Alcocebre, where there are various bars, shops and restaurants. The Sierra de Irta Natural Park is within 5 km of the complex and is ideal for walking. Valencia is less than 90 minutes away by car. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 30 Oct 2024 until Sat 31 May 2025
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Key collection will take place at Casa Azahar, avenida de las Fuentes 11, between 16:00 and 19:00.
Please note towels are not provided.
Clients must leave the kitchen area clean, in addition to taking out the garbage. If this is not fulfilled there will be a penalty of 25 euros in the deposit.
