This rustic villa with wooden-beam ceilings has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are air conditioned, and fans are available for the other bedrooms on request. The spacious living area offers direct access to the pool and includes sofas, armchairs and a small dining area. The kitchen is well equipped, and a washing machine and dryer are also available. Alaró is a beautiful village located very close to the mountains, and on Fridays there is a market with fresh produce from local farmers. You will find some supermarkets, restaurants and bars within 700 metres of the villa. You can drive to the village of Orient in 12 minutes, well-known as a base for hill walking, as many hiking routes start there. You can also hike to Alaró Castle, set in the mountains behind the village, where you will also find a restaurant. The nearest beach is Platja de Palma, 37 km away, and Mallorca Airport is 33 km from the villa. Please inform Son Berni in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in rom 00:00 until 03:00 carries a EUR 50 surcharge. Please note that use of 1 cot and 1 high chair is already included.
