A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note there is no reception. Guests are kindly asked to contact Apartment House - The Modern Flat at least 2 days in advance in order to arrange transfer of keys and receive necessary information.
Late check-in is possible for surcharge.
