Kalamies Beach Villas are 2 semi-detached townhouses only few steps away from Kalamies Beach.
They are a two and a three bedroom townhouses with open-plan area of living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Both townhouses have a back covered patios with BBQ and front patios with side sea view.
Kalamies Villas are very close to a supermarket, restaurants, bars and pubs. Protaras pedestrian street is within walking distance from the villas. A bus station can be found nearby. Protaras Main Strip and beaches are only a 5 minutes’ drive away. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minutes’ drive away and Paralimni town center is a 5 minutes’ drive away. Please inform Kalamies Beach Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

For bookings from 8 to 13 days extra linen are provided.
