About this property
LUSH has been providing on-mountain accommodations at Kicking Horse Resort since 2003. Properties ranging from cozy 1 bedroom condos to luxurious 7 bedroom houses, our guests enjoy the comfort of home while on vacation. Amenities include private hot tubs, ski in out options, outdoor BBQ’s and spectacular mountain views. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of CAD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note, the property offers multiple locations throughout Kicking Horse and The Golden area. Once a reservation is made, the property will send the exact address and check-in instructions for the unit booked.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of $65 per pet. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per booking. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring pets.
