A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that electricity (EUR 0.25 per kwh daytime and EUR 0.15 per kwh nighttime) and water (EUR 5 per kubic metre) fees are not included. The fees are based on consumption during your stay and charged upon check-out.
The cleaning fee of 75 euro per stay is not included in the price.
