Oshen Apartments is within a 2-minute walk (yes Oshen is on a HILL) a number of fantastic restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. It is a 10-minute drive from Yeppoon Golf Club and a 35-minute drive from Rockhampton. Local live music on the weekends and various local venues.
There are a range of self-contained apartments and 4 hotel rooms accommodation. All self-contained apartments feature a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area and laundry facilities. Flat-screen TV and fridge.
Hotel Rooms are small with tea/coffee facilities, bar fridge, balcony leading inwards to the Atrium - NO VIEW. There are no laundry facilities available with this type of accommodation. These rooms are perfect for Corporates or a quick 1 night stay (suitable for 1-2 guests).
