About this property
Surf Parade Resort is ideally situated mid-way between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and only 200 meters from the surf and patrolled beaches. It offers apartments with a spa bath and a private balcony.
Guests enjoy a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. You can enjoy a BBQ or play a game on the full-size tennis court.
Surf Parade provides self-service single-bedroom apartments offering cable TV and a WiFi internet connection. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

For check-in after 17:30 or when reception is closed, guests are requested to use After Hours Reception phone service with the telephone located outside, to the right of main entry reception doors.
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.
Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
