In the heart of Como, just 5 minutes to the Swan River, this two-bedroom apartment features a garden courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen, compact laundry, free WiFi, TVs and air-conditioning. Perth City is closely and an easy bus/train trip away.
The rooms are light filled, comfortable and clean, cosy and private. We aim to provide guests with everything to make a stay easy, carefree and enjoyable.
The apartment is close to parks, playgrounds, bird life and lovely views. Enjoy nearby cafes, a 24hr supermarket, bakeries and restaurants plus some terrific attractions like the Perth Zoo, Optus Stadium, Crown Entertainment and Kings Park.
A driveway carpark is available for guests. The owner lives next door and their small dog has the run of the outdoor areas. Payment can be made after arrival, either by bank transfer or by credit card (a surcharge of 1.9%-2.2% applies). Please inform Como Executive Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time.
