After hours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours (9am to 6.30pm daily) and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued. Guests who want to split the king bed into two single beds must request at least 24 hours prior to arrival and a fee will be charged to the guest by the hotel. The Hotel will charge the guest direct a cleaning fee per week for any bookings longer than 7 nights, the first clean is included in your booking payment.
