Located on the waterfront of Melbournes Docklands precinct, AKOM AT Docklands offers fully furnished, self-contained apartments. The property is located on the fringe of the Melbourne CBD and in the heart of the Melbourne commercial district.
AKOM AT Docklands is a 15-minute drive from Melbourne Airport and a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross Railway Station. The property offers easy access via the free tram service into the Melbourne CBD. Melbournes major event location, Etihad Stadium, is located only 200 meters away.
The apartments offer private balconies, flat-screen televisions with cable channels and full kitchens, including an oven, dishwasher and microwave. Located in 4 different towers, most of the apartments have wonderful water and/or city views.

A damage deposit of AUD 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that guests must contact the property prior to arrival for check-in instructions. The propertys contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. You will be sent an email from the property 3 days prior to arrival with these instructions.
This property has a strict "No Party Policy". Any violation of this policy will result in eviction and additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Please note that there is a 3.85% surcharge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
Please note that Akom at Docklands requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check into cover any incidental charged, and you are kindly requested to present a valid credit card upon arrival. The deposit amounts are as follows:
One Bedroom Apartments: AUD $400.00
Two Bedrooms Apartments: AUD $500.00
Three Bedrooms Apartments: AUD $750.00
Upon booking, we will charge the deposit for the first night. Credit card surcharge is non-refundable.
