Located just 50 metres from Maroochydore Beach, Maroochy Sands Holiday Apartments offer a heated outdoor pool, BBQ facilities, wifi and free on-site parking. The self-contained apartments feature a private balcony, a kitchen and laundry facilities.
All apartments are individually furnished and have a dining and a lounge area with a flat screen TV. Each kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven and microwave. Linen are provided but guests will need to supply their own consumables and beach / swimming towels.
Maroochy Sands Apartments are 10 minutes drive from Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. It is a 15-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport and a 1 hour drive from Brisbane Airport. There are a variety of dining options within 50 metres. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
