Located just 200 metres from the beach, Xanadu Resort offers modern apartments with stunning Gold Coast views. It features 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna and fitness centre.
Winner of the 2015 TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Award, each apartment at Xanadu Resort has a spacious balcony overlooking the beach. All include a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and living room with DVD player and cable TV. Internet access can be enjoyed in the apartments.
Guests have access to the barbecue area, beautiful landscaped grounds and 2 full-sized tennis courts. Free undercover parking can be reserved.
Xanadu Gold Coast is a 15-minute walk from the Marina Mirage shopping centre. Surfers Paradise is 3 km from the hotel. Golf Coast City Gallery is only a 10-minute drive away. Please inform Xanadu Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.
Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
