Located in the heart of the city centre, Watermark Caloundra is 10 minutes’ walk from Bulcock Beach. Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo and Sunshine Coast Airport are each a 30-minute drive away.

A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. No Schoolies bookings will be accepted.
